凡与溶解接触的内转笼、外转笼、风道、过滤器、各种捕集器、蒸馏箱、油水分离器、溶剂管道等部位均采用优质不锈钢精加工而成；溶剂箱采用热浸锌高级防腐工艺，平均设计使用寿命15年。7代封闭式干洗机，衣物在降温去味处理后滚筒体内气态四氯乙烯浓度最低也在1500PPM，而安装有体外活性碳二次回收装置的9代机，是在正常烘干程序结束后，使用活性碳对滚筒内的空气进行再处理，通过碳吸附系统的吸附，可将简体内气态四氯乙烯浓度降至300PPM以下，此时开门取衣，可将四氯乙烯外泄减到最少. P9新型环保生态过滤器加高精度碳芯过滤器无须添加干洗滤粉、碳粉，卫生、环保。P9蒸馏加热采用外接蒸汽，操作简单、安全、可靠。蒸馏时所产生的热量可全部进入烘干风道二次利用。并配有液位自动控制装置，安全可靠，轻松驾驭。P9装载门、纽扣捕集器、绒毛收集器、蒸馏箱排污门等需要开启的四个部位，全部设有气动安全门锁装置。P9配有氟利昂双制冷装置，可满足皮革及各种面料的洗涤要求，溶剂温度可随意调节，避免因洗涤溶剂温度过高带来的皮革脱脂、发硬等现象。制冷回收系统全部采用世界知名产品或国内名品。主轴及过滤器等易腐蚀、磨损部位的轴承，均采用日本原装进口的NTN轴承，免维护轴封。 P9设有皂液、枧油自动添加装置，科学准确定量地添加各种助剂，方便快捷。P9大型防渗漏底盘，有效杜绝了溶剂泄漏时对洗衣房和地下水的污染，并可对溶剂进行有效的回收，环保经济，安全可靠。

However for the 9 generation, it has the active carbon reclaiming device outside. It may treat the air in the roller again after normal drying program.

(5) There are pneumatic safety door-lock device for four key positions--loading door and fuzz collector and fuzz collector and dirt drainage door of the distilling case.

(6) Freon dual-refrigeration device meets the washing demand of leather and various clothing. The washing temperature may be adjusted randomly.

(7) Refrigeration reclaiming system is international or domestic famous brand.

(8) the bearings of easily wearing position for the main axis and filter are original imported from Japan, NTN bearings, maintenance free sealing. The bearing seal is Italy CCVI or American DuPont brands.
